Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a concept, which is rapidly becoming the preferred training and development method of Business Owners and Directors/Senior Management.

Each person is allocated an individual coach whose job it is to coach the Business Owner/Director or Manager in a variety of skills and attitudes, act as a sounding board for new ideas, concepts or career plans, and develop new thinking and learning styles.

Business owners, directors, and senior managers are increasingly questioning or being questioned about their capacity to act strategically as well as operate as traditional functional heads.

There are a number of common scenarios that Top Teams and Senior Managers can face, and often do:

  • Many people are promoted because of their technical skills, but they have had no formal management training.
  • Most can ill-afford the time to attend training courses
  • Many people believe that most development is too general and does not focus on their specific personal or corporate challenges.
  • Training courses rarely help with Business Development and Career Development
  • There aren't enough opportunities to put fresh ideas to the test.
Proven benefits include:
  • Increased corporate profitability
  • Development takes place at the workplace or at a neutral venue for one half-day or full-day per month, per quarter or at other intervals to suit the company/individual
  • Telephone/Skype/Facetime/Zoom Coaching is also included when appropriate
  • The cost is often less than for a week-long training course
  • Business Owner/Director/Manager time is fully utilised
  • Preferred learning styles are accommodated
  • Real work and career issues are focused on whilst acting as a sounding board
